Refund/Cancellation Policy
Introduction
SortAd strives to provide high-quality finance and investment content to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or cancellation in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or cancellation, subscribers must contact us within 3 working days of the date of purchase and provide a valid reason for the request. We reserve the right to deny any refund or cancellation request that does not meet these eligibility criteria.
Processing
Once we receive a valid refund or cancellation request, we will process the request within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
Customer Responsibilities
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that they have purchased the correct product package and for downloading the content within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from customer error or negligence.
No change of package will be allowed
Subscriber will not be allowed to change their selected package in the event of demanding refund. Once the package is selected by subscriber and the payment is processed, selecting another package against payment of another package will not be permitted.
Refund in event of offer launched by administrators
Subscribers shall have no remedy in event of price variation that takes place on account of any offers introduced by the administrators of SortAd. In event where administrators have introduced or launched any offers after the subscription is processed by the subscriber, subscriber will not be eligible towards any further rebate.
